Should I feel bad for sending my dad to jail?

okay so earlier tonight my dad had came home and was holding kechup packets and said who did this (me and my friends had squished them earlier and my dad doesnt like my friends) and i said me and my friends and he paused and said who did this and i said i did because i didnt want him to ban me from seeing my friends and thenhe had punched me in the back of my head and my neck 5 times and and within the hour my dad had gone to the county jail and now my dad was the one with he access to the money and now they might get a divorce and this is the first time he had hit me so should i feel bad for all of this *FYI i have a freaking headache right now*

No, I don't think he should feel bad for sending his dad to jail. His father should have known better than to strike his son in public, or at least in front of people who could have called the police and thus sent the father to jail. Baiting his father to hit him, however, is another thing altogether.
