Good Wish to Bad Wish

Alright, here's how we do it.

A person wished for something they'd like. Then the next person grants their wish, but the wish has to turn out bad.

Examples:

I wish I could go to Cancun

Wish granted. While there you get bit by a jungle mosquito that infects you with an incurable new disease. You spend your remaining years sprouting pomegranates from your armpits.

I wish my annoying neighbors would move.

Wish granted, but a family of hillbillies bought their house and move in. The two big ones always say to you "You sure gotta purty mouth"

I'll start

I wish I could speak Japanese.

No sweat. I'll switch your spoken language to Japanese. You do realize, however, that you still don't consciously understand Japanese, and since you no longer speak English, it's much harder for others to understand you.
