Then, Patricia Gilmer <gilmerpatricia@yahoo.com> saw fit to send me a document called (I shit you not) "resmue.doc" containing info on one Rensey L. Hutchins. Either Patricia or Rensey are challenged to present information in the modern world, though as "a model employer" you'd think they could do a little better, even if they started as a "Grill person" at McDonald's in "!986" two years after allegedly graduating high school. I wonder if it's there that they learned to "Show gradated in job service."

There is so much wrong with this document and in so many places that I wonder who looked at it and nodded their head in satisfaction while squeezing their fist and muttering to themselves, "Nailed it."

I can't really do the formatting justice, but here's a screenshot after I cut out the multi-page whitespace. Click to embiggen.

Much like the AWFUL realtor flyer pinned to my door, I sway between wanting to laugh, and calling them up and offering to correct the basic english of the document for $10. Up front.

I am not a grammar nazi, but it drives me crazy when I am reading a newspaper or book and find major errors. I'm just shaking my head like "but that's what you do. . . . for a living!".

Oh I don't post those. Those come in all the time, and I'm grateful for them. All too often companies out there do NOT verify email addresses, since they're the ones generating spam rather than being concerned about being spammed themselves. But the ones where they ask for email verification I never mark as spam. I want to encourage that behavior.

Re: "resmue.doc" Just one question...what exactly would a Masonic certificate show? That he knows how to assume the position?
