A few ups, a few downs, but I'm overall doing ok. This crappy economy is kicking my ass hardcore, but I have two adorable nieces now, and my sister moved back from Washington so I get to actually spend time with them. I have a pretty awesome geek boyfriend that loves me, and great friends to hang out with. So overall good :).

Geek boyfriend? Different than previous entanglements, I presume? Still in the ATL?

Me and Nick got divorced, and I'm currently back in Alabama living with my mom.

Glad to hear you are happy again :) I'm divorced too and sometimes you wonder if there will ever be happiness at the end of the tunnel. But there definitely can be <3

Also new, I've been diagnosed with bipolar I, so that's been...interesting.

Are you really back, though? You appear to have gone away.

It does seem that way. :)

Kits. I, too, have gone through a divorce. And it was awesome. Might have been ick at the time. But now, I couldn't imagine things being as godo then as they are now.

Louis C.K. does a little bit abotu divorce. I mean, what divorced comedian doesn't. . . But his is good.

Basically he says to never feel bad for a person who got a divorce. Because, while things may not be good, per say, they're definitely better. No happy marriage has ever ended in divorce. That has happened zero times. Ray Charles has killed more Jews than there are happy marriages that ended in divorce.

That last bit may have seemed like a non-sequetor. but in context it's funny. Trust me.

(also, Louis C.K. may be the funniest mad alive currently)
My sig would have contained the secret of life, but I'd already clicked submit.
