If Mae thinks Python is too friendly, she would really hate the language I use.
Think BASIC with no line numbers, meets oldschool Logo with virtually no syntax at all.
It's possible to borrow syntax though, so for example Mae could add line terminators just because she thinks they should be there.

Don't mess with terminators. They can't be bargained with, they can't be reasoned with. They don't know pity, or remorse, or fear, and they absolutely will not stop until you are dead.
