Finally one that I didn't get: 995

Talk about today's strip, or anything about the comic in general. You can also talk about any of the characters... but don't expect a response. They're FICTIONAL, you guys... sheesh. :)

I know it ruins the joke, but what was it?

She's annoyed that the people thought the ride was based on the movie, instead of the other way around. :)

And yet, the ride added characters from the movie that weren't originally in the ride.

Oh no-- guilty. I didn't get the joke for the very same thing she was annoyed about.

In my defense, I've never been there, never seen the film-- that's a terrible defense, isn't it? "Well I couldn't have robbed the bank, because I was busy strangling my cousin at the time." I'd point out what my relationship with the Disney franchise is like, but the longer this goes on the worse it gets... Bye! (Truly love the comic though.)

They did, but they have started to remove some of those. With Redd set to be the star of the new movies, it will even more of the movies based on the ride. I see them removing most of the Captain Jacks that are in the ride now once the next set of movies come out.

That reminds The Werefrog of a recent Detective Conan episode.

The guy claimed he couldn't be the murderer because he was robbing a woman across town at the same time.

Turns out, he both robbed the woman and murdered the guy, and Conan proved how he did it.

It's a long running anime/manga about a kid detective. I don't remember much other details though.

It's a very long running show. It's been running so long that many people forget that Conan, who looks like he's 8 years old, is actually 16 years old (the fans, only a few characters in show know this).

Every episode has some mystery, ranging in import from murder to where old man Schedwick's cat ran off to.

Probably not. The Werefrog don't recall ever going by that name. The Werefrog don't even recognize it.

I've never met another man, save for Evirus, who knew that there is only one truth.

The Werefrog now how one The Werefrog don't get.

Is the ride for children significantly younger than our young protagonist or something?

Why are the parents freaking out about it?
