11.16.2011 - Holiday Movies

Talk about today's strip, or anything about the comic in general. You can also talk about any of the characters... but don't expect a response. They're FICTIONAL, you guys... sheesh. :)

I'm waiting to see how long before they start making movies about really obscure religious holidays, or ones that you'd wouldn't think American movie makers would be interested in making. Like Ramadan.

I thought the New Year's Eve movie was a joke for a while. And then I saw the commercial. This is a really bad trend.

I love that you have Bill Nye in the credits. He could just pop in randomly throughout the movie with facts about trees. :D

When they have religious concepts expect a debate. Religion is such a sensitive issue and no one wins if it’s the topic. To make one they must consult and discuss what will be the flow first on churches or organizations that concerns this thing. This was maybe, one reason why we have minimal movie with such content.
