Thank you. The big wee one took it okay. I think. She's like her mother in that respect. I wouldn't want to play poker with either of them. She was shocked and sniffly, but she bounced back over the course of the next few days. She's struggling a bit with a lot of things at the moment. Just started high school. Womanly stuff. Came out. New friendship groups. The 'new normal' (boak). Poor little mare.
The wee wee one was fine. He said he'd miss me when I'm not here, but he is excited about the prospect of his new house and garden. He won't know any better growing up.
