Re: Finally one that I didn't get: 995

"Well I couldn't have robbed the bank, because I was busy strangling my cousin at the time." That reminds The Werefrog of a recent Detective Conan episode. The guy claimed he couldn't be the murderer because he was robbing a woman across town at the same time. Turns out, he both robbed the woman an...

Re: 1-28-19: Orville V. Trek

The Werefrog won't watch Discovery because it requires paying for a subscription to yet another streaming service. The Werefrog hate that model and won't support it. However, if one doesn't mind that model and will support it, go ahead and enjoy Star Trek Discovery if you can: doesn't matter to The ...

Re: Finally one that I didn't get: 995

And yet, the ride added characters from the movie that weren't originally in the ride.

Re: Comic 1/22/19

This comic reminds The Werefrog of a Quantum Leap episode that was just rerun a couple weeks ago. In it, Dr. Sam Beckett, in the guise of a boxer who has been paid to take a fall, tells his girlfriend to bet on the Muhammad Ali fight, the round of victory. Odds were 20:1. She bets everything, and t...

Re: Comic Buffer

It was actually more due to the return statements that there is a buffer, and then when comics ran out, there was no update or note that life was busy without enough buffer. How are we to know if this will continue again, or if it was back to no updates. A quick post on these fora would have let us ...

Comic Buffer

Amazing. The Werefrog was about to post about the lack of updates for the past while, and now we know why.

How much of a buffer seems to be the right amount, though?

Re: Happy New Year

5 months until it gets good? Well, The Werefrog can wait. Sure, 2018 brought a promising Alzheimer's treatment, but let's see what we get May 2019.

Re: MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYBODY!!!

Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, all that noise. Note: Being a Nicholas this time of year gets really annoying when you work in a call center that has a lot of the older folks calling in. (read: Retirement support) "Hello, this is Some Guy, how can I assist you?" The Werefrog work in a call center ...

Re: MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYBODY!!!

The Werefrog am a devout agnostic (lapsed atheist), and The Werefrog want to tell you it is HAPPY HOLIDAYS, not Merry Christmas.

Okay, seriously though, hope all the holidays were great for everypony, from St. Nicholas's Feast Day to Christmas, and have a great Epiphany.

Re: Randomness

Why fold laundry?

Just hang it all up in the closet. It takes far less time. That's what The Werefrog do.

Re: Holodeck

Sometimes I wonder if the people that want to test their bulletproof vests understand that once it gets shot or is too old, you have to replace it Same concept goes for kids car seats. also bicycle helmets. The Werefrog actually saw such a helmet that saved someone's life. The people at the summer ...

Re: Just noticed! Welcome Back Greg!!! Nice to see Comics again!!

And today is International Ninja Day.

If only we had the Shirt Ninja today. Well, at least The Werefrog can still have the TMNT marathon.
