I haven't gotten one yet, so the best I can give you is that, unless you're planning on going out to get one tomorrow, it'll be the Christmas shopping season.

I'm planning on waiting until January before considering getting one. Let the hype die down some.
Has it really come down to a bunch of bullshit "what if" statements?
Come down to? That's all we can do. Without knowing exactly what happened, there's no way to know who's at fault. It certainly could be the police's fault depending on how they announced their presence. It also could be the lady's fault. We have no way of knowing.

Out of the listed extensions, I really want to blame Fasterfox. It's almost certainly something that's triggering a bug with Firefox's garbage collector.

So, you're saying that when plainsclothes police officers bust down your door, you should know to put your hands up and wait for them to show you their warrant?

Because if that's how things went down, it's no wonder she shot them.

You're making assumptions on how they executed the search warrant. We don't know that.

None of the stories gives anywhere near enough information to know which side was "right."

There are quite a few very highly respected male flautists. James Galway comes to mind instantly, and Jean-Pierre Rampal was also world-reknowned. There are plenty of male flautists out there.

Most fonts are designed with a reason. Tahoma and Verdana were designed to be easy to read on a computer monitor. (I think Trebuchet MS falls into this category too.) I'm fairly sure Microsoft has created other fonts designed to be easy to read on computers for Vista. Other fonts (like Times New Rom...

Through the cigarette lighter? I'm gonna have to go with Deacon here. Not happening. Some newer radio models, at the very least, have methods of adding in additional sources. I've got an iPod adapter hooked through my car radio, no FM adapter, no cigarette lighter required. It allows me to change pl...
