Idiot that I am, I didn't quite recognise the risks of driving while on the phone until I answered my phone while going 100km/h at night and crashed into a wooden reflector on the side of the road. Glass from the side mirror flew everywhere and I'm lucky the damage wasn't much worse. I agree, only f...

My understanding of it is sort of.. ...tornados are really concentrated and spin in a little circle. Cyclones are these big, fat, slow-moving things that I think do spin in the opposite direction and they're more large scale than tornados. Something like that. I pictured Larry to be some massive gia...

I had a drink with TC Lazza.

Awesome, my first cyclone! Cyclone Larry came along a few days ago and ripped up a few trees and broke my banana trees in half. There's debris all over the place but we're lucky we only just got the ass end of it - Innisfail, south of where I am, got ripped to pieces. I'm not even sure if this is a ...

Re: People who are supposed to be dumber than me

I don't mean to start a fight here, but wouldn't a "straight A student" typically realize it should be "...dumber than I?"
Typically, but not always. I am clearly an example of this.

People who are supposed to be dumber than me

There are certain people in my year level at school who have always been dumber than me. By me, I mean my academic self. I am generally a straight-A student. There are people in my year level who were generally B-students, even borderline C-students, who are suddenly getting better marks than me. Th...

So, reading through the replies I came to a few conclusions: 1) I am not .. angry at my mum for cheating on my Dad. Not angry, and not really surprised at all. I knew my parents' marriage wasn't one based on love, rather, it was based on my father's dependance on my mother and my mum just kind of le...

So ... my Mum's a cheating whore.

My parents marriage wasn't exactly based on love. My father was divorced and lonely, and my mother was young and naive. My father persued her and persued her, and she admittedly married him out of pity. There is a 15 year age gap between the two. About 6 months ago I was using my mum's phone to send...

Where could I get a Beginners Guide to Fission and Fussion?

Most likely nowhere.

However, I have to do an assignment on Fission and Fussion and .. their goodness, or something along those lines, and I really need someone to dumb down the whole concept for me. I'm completely hopeless. Would it be wrong to ask if there's anyone out there who could help?

I think it's just a matter of what naturally appeals to you. I give a lot of different kind of music a chance, and as it turns out, I like a lot of what I hear. I even like Britney Spears, how bout that, probably because I was into her when I was younger and I still get into her music. It's probably...

Rantette: He hasn't called or messaged me. I hate this.

Phantom of the Opera

..mah Gawd.

Anyone seen the movie? It was fantastic. A few months ago, on the way back from a class camp, I was forced to listen to the opera on CD in my teacher's car, and by the end of it I was crazy about it, and now the movie is out, and I'm still in love with it.

I met Paulini from Australian Idol tonight. I was the tallest person waiting for her to get out of her vehicle. Then I was all, "Hi" and she was all, "Hey" and that was the end of that.

Oh wait. Then my cousin starts yelling, "I love you, Paulini! Paulini, I love you!" as she walked away.
