Re: Feb 15 2019 - The mouth that washed away

Greg, you have spoken too soon. That shower in India with worms coming out of it is a worse shower the one you had.

Those worms probably weren't even the Klingon delicacy.

Re: Randomness

An uncle of The Werefrog from age 18 until he got married never wore the same shirt twice. He didn't want to wash them, so he bought them, wore them once, then threw them on a pile.

That reminds The Werefrog of a recent Detective Conan episode.
Evirus...? is that you?!
Probably not. The Werefrog don't recall ever going by that name. The Werefrog don't even recognize it.

Re: 1-28-19: Orville V. Trek

Yeah, except CW is just rehashing their old stuff now. We have a remake of Roswell and Charmed now. At least Riverdale was a new take on the cahracters; a take The Werefrog didn't care to watch, but it was new.

Re: Finally one that I didn't get: 995

What on Earth is Detective Conan? ‘I solve crime...for Crom!’ It's a very long running show. It's been running so long that many people forget that Conan, who looks like he's 8 years old, is actually 16 years old (the fans, only a few characters in show know this). Every episode has some mystery, r...

Re: 1-28-19: Orville V. Trek

Also, our generation is apparently doomed to endlessly repeat the past concerning all things entertainment. That's hardly new to our generation. If anything, our generation is repeating the repetition of other generations. All entertainment is cyclical, and everything's a rehash of something ...

Re: Why I like the Orville

The Werefrog would like to go to TNG Star Trek, but not DS9 , original series, or Voyager. Enterprise Star Trek might be fun because they are still figuring a lot of the "basic" out. That would an exciting time. However, The Werefrog have seen enough of Orville to know it would just be somewhere to ...

Re: Finally one that I didn't get: 995

"Well I couldn't have robbed the bank, because I was busy strangling my cousin at the time." That reminds The Werefrog of a recent Detective Conan episode. The guy claimed he couldn't be the murderer because he was robbing a woman across town at the same time. Turns out, he both robbed the woman an...

Re: 1-28-19: Orville V. Trek

The Werefrog won't watch Discovery because it requires paying for a subscription to yet another streaming service. The Werefrog hate that model and won't support it. However, if one doesn't mind that model and will support it, go ahead and enjoy Star Trek Discovery if you can: doesn't matter to The ...

And yet, the ride added characters from the movie that weren't originally in the ride.

Re: Comic 1/22/19

This comic reminds The Werefrog of a Quantum Leap episode that was just rerun a couple weeks ago. In it, Dr. Sam Beckett, in the guise of a boxer who has been paid to take a fall, tells his girlfriend to bet on the Muhammad Ali fight, the round of victory. Odds were 20:1. She bets everything, and t...

Re: Comic Buffer

It was actually more due to the return statements that there is a buffer, and then when comics ran out, there was no update or note that life was busy without enough buffer. How are we to know if this will continue again, or if it was back to no updates. A quick post on these fora would have let us ...

Comic Buffer

Amazing. The Werefrog was about to post about the lack of updates for the past while, and now we know why.

How much of a buffer seems to be the right amount, though?
